Model SJZ series twin conical screw extruder is a kind of special equipment for extruding of PVC powder, WPC powder,or PE&wood pallets. With different sorts of molds and auxiliary machines, itcan produce all sorts of PVC plastic pipes, profiles, panels, sheets, bars andgranules.
According to customer's requirements, mostreasonable screw can be made so as to achieve best plasticity state andmaterial quality. There are special made screws for high CaCO3 percentageformula, with less material cost and high product quality.
The electrical system has mainly applied imported brands (Schneider, Siemens, etc.), it has multiple alarm system, thereare few problems which can be easily eliminated. The electrical control systems designed with AUTO (PLC control) & manual (Temperature control meters)control type for select.
The cooling system has applied special design, heat emission area is enlarged, the cooling is rapid, temperature control tolerance can be ±1℃.
